Caption2Sales provides AI-powered marketing copy generation tools for social media sellers. We offer both free and paid "Pro" tiers of service.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Nigerian Users: We offer a one-time payment option for lifetime access to Pro features. This payment is final and non-refundable once the service has been activated.
• International Users: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings page. Use will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product (immediate access to AI generation tools), we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact support at winadstech2024@gmail.com.

6. User Content & AI Usage

You own the rights to the captions you generate. However, you acknowledge that:

• The content is generated by Artificial Intelligence and may not always be 100% accurate.
• We are not liable for any generated content that you choose to publish.
• You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Caption2Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of sales or data.
